Taxes and duties
All international buyers are responsible for import duties and/or taxes, which are determined by the customs agency of the country of destination. In case the customer refuses the order or refuses to pay the duties and/or taxes or shipping costs, extra costs will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for customs delays, and transit times provided by couriers are not necessarily guaranteed. However, we work closely with the courier companies to minimize any delays in delivery.
Returns
Once you have received your order, returns must be sent back within 14 days. Items must be returned in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached. All goods must be returned with the order number and order date. Return costs are at the customer's expense.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original item for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate merchandise.
